Are there any additional charges?

No, the application is free for customers and all prices of services are competitive, and may be lower for the customer when requested from the application instead of communicating with the service provider directly, through the price list in the tender for each service.

Is the price list in the app the final price?

Yes, the prices that appear to the customer in the tender are the final prices and the service provider is committed to them with the customer, and this is through the agreement concluded between the application and the service provider companies. In the event of an increase in contents or unusual working conditions, the price may increase for the customer according to business requirements. One of the conditions of the application is the competitiveness of prices through service providers, and this is what we aspire to through your continuous correspondence to the performance of any service provider and continuous monitoring

Is there a guarantee?

Yes, all our service providers have pledged to provide their service guarantee to customers, according to the terms and conditions of the application and the specific service guarantee. In the event that the service provider does not comply with the warranty, please contact us where the application team will review the matter and remove the service provider from the application in case it does not comply. Based on your opinions, we keep you the best service providers on the platform.

How is the modus operandi?

After approving the price from the quotations submitted to the customer by a customer, the customer appears to the company's number and the company appears to notice that the price has been approved and the customer is contacted by the company or vice versa, the payment is made to the service provider in cash or transfer.

What should I do if the service provider is late for the appointment or there is no response?

What happens when I cancel an order?
